I noticed that 2 springs had broken at 10pm on a weeknight. In a panic, I called around to 4 garage door places to see who could come out asap and who could quote me the fairest price. Neil came out the next morning and was quick to diagnose what needed fixing. He didn't have the part (my fault for giving him the wrong size garage door) but came back the next day and installed quickly. He was professional, communicative (texted me on his way both times) and a joy to converse with. He also knows what the other companies in the area are charging and gives you the fairest price. Neil, did a fantastic job tuning up a high end garage door install. The door had been sluggish to open and close since we bought the house new. He fixed rollers (they were undersized and had already cracked and broken) and added extra tension to the spring to help with the opening and closing, finally he adjusted the door so it did not have as big of a gap side to side. He was able to come out same day, did not charge a diagnostic fee, and his pricing was good. Most importantly he is independently owned and operated (no private equity here) so he will advise you on exactly what you need not on what he needs to sell that day. ~ Nick W
